Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

  • Data Entry and Data Maintenance of accounts on Tally ERP.
  • Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
  • Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
  • Examining expenses submitted by employees
  • Creating company financial reports with the above information included
  • Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health
  • Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
  • Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Essential Knowledge of Tally Software
  • Understanding of mathematics, accounting and financial processes.
  • 4+ Years accounting experience

Job Title: Pre-sales Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales coordinator will work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
  • Sending proposals to channel partners, alongside members of the sales team.
  • Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
  • Supporting the sales team for coordinating with vendors for BOQ, pricing and lead time.
  • Follow up on partner/customer request in the absence of the sales rep.
  • Attending internal meetings with sales team and acting as an expert for technical and commercial proposals.
  • Assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.
  • Tracking updated price list, contracts, and datasheets from the vendors.

Reporting:

  • Sales coordinator will report to the Head of Sales.
  • He/she will work very closely with the sales team to execute channel sales strategies across the region.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the management team.

Pre-requisites for the role:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working within a technical pre-sales position.
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ IT / Engineering.
  • Must be well versed with CCTV, Data Storage & Backup, IT Security and Networking solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Should be customer-focused, flexible and a team player.
  • Multi-task, detailed-orientated and should have the ability to prioritise own workload.

Job Title: Channel Account Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Channel Account Manager is responsible for selling the entire range of products and solutions offered by Cerebra.
  • He/she is accountable to achieve agreed revenue targets (quarterly/yearly) and KPIs for the assigned territories.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle efficiently - initial presentation, formal proposal, handling objection, negotiation, follow-up, closure and after-sales service.
  • Responsible for developing and enhancing relationship with existing Channel Partners (Resellers, SIs, Consultants and ELV Partners) across the GCC.
  • Involved in identifying, qualifying, recruiting and on-boarding ‘New Channel Partners’ in line with the corporate objectives. Develop and nurture key strategic accounts to ensure business continuity.
  • Build positive working relationships with channel partners to maximize sales growth and repeat business.
  • Support channel partners with technical / sales expertise. Proactively deliver product orientation / training / updates to identified channel partners.
  • Drive sales revenue through a strong reseller network and implement go-to-market strategies (through analysis and optimization of relationship between solutions and sales channels).
  • Manage sales orders (from order processing to delivery) and provide timely status to the partners.

Team Selling:

  • Work closely with in-house marketing/product teams and vendors to achieve organization goals in a timely manner.
  • Support lead generation campaigns visa trade shows / demonstrations / sales floor engagement etc.
  • Work closely with operation team to ensure fast liquidation of stocks, smooth business cycle and inventory turnover.
  • Ensure all partners and customers receive professional handover from sales to the solution/technical services team at the appropriate time. Demonstrate effective and collaborative use of all available resources.
  • Aid closure of partner opportunities via demos, product data sheets, technical support & resources.
  • Coordinate joint partner meetings (with key stakeholders) to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting:

  • Channel Account Manager will report directly to VP Sales.
  • He/she will work very closely with VP Sales to plan and execute channel sales strategies across the region.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecast reports to the management team.
  • Report weekly sales activity (in line with the set KPIs). Review on continuous base the channel landscape and suggest adjustments to the management whenever necessary.

Pre-requisites for the role:

  • Has demonstrable track record of success in working as Channel Sales Business; minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience with a distributor / reseller.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ IT / Engineering / Business Studies.
  • Preference will be given to the candidate with a strong channel sales experience in ICT and Surveillance verticals.
  • Need to have good understanding of CCTV, Networking, Data Storage/Backup & IT Security solutions.
  • Should have strong partner network and relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall ecosystem).
  • Has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be a high level sales negotiator with outstanding relationship building abilities.
  • Articulate the benefits of products to channel partners and is fully conversant with professional sales techniques.
  • Highly driven individual, possessing initiative and willingness to “go that extra mile”; goal oriented with a sense of urgency. Should have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • He/she should be bottom-line oriented, budget conscious and metric/measurement driven.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Flexible to travel within GCC region for business.
